Cosmoclub AML/KYC (Космоклаб): profile and document checks
AML and KYC at Космоклаб are identity, address and, when needed, source-of-funds checks. The club may ask for a passport, a proof of address and an explanation of large inflows. Checks are a condition of large payouts. Files go to [email protected] or the cabinet upload.
Cosmoclub does this so payouts reach the profile owner, not someone else’s card. It is not a penalty for registration. While a request is open, part of the cashier in the cabinet may be held.
What Космоклаб usually asks
- Full ID spread, edges visible.
- Selfie with the document if the letter says so.
- Address proof: utility bill or statement in the profile name.
- For large sums — source-of-funds note.

- Wait for the official list in the cabinet or Cosmoclub mail.
- Shoot in even light, no filters, no fingers on the serial.
- The profile name must match the ID and the payout account.
- Do not fire ten packs — wait for the first reply.
Космоклаб will not ask for a card photo with CVV or a mailbox password. If that mail did not come from the club domain, forward it to support. How files are stored: privacy. File quality and resending
A blurry messenger crop delays KYC at Космоклаб more than a “slow review”. Shoot the full document, no flash on the laminate. Cosmoclub will not accept an editor screenshot with the serial smeared if the letter asked for a full spread.
Resending a pack without a request confuses the queue. Wait for cabinet status. AML at Космоклаб on cosmclub.com is a payout condition, not a silent refusal. If the list changes, the club names the extra frame.

Name mismatch between the profile and the payout account is the most common delay. Fix the profile first, then send files. Cosmoclub will not pay a friend “because they are with me”. One owner, one account, documents that match. Age 18+.
